It’s going on 2 months I haven’t received 2 couches and a rug ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fnI would never purchase from this place again and they also have a no cancel policy. So if you’re willing to wait forever then this the place for you.. Nice stuff but I’d rather have my 1,000 back n shop elsewhere

Just so everyone knows, azam is the owner, josh is the manager. So the person who had azam show up to their house demanding an assembly fee and telling them to call josh the manager or owner was given the run around blame game. Azam makes all the final decisions, he’s the owner, and he clearly speaks English, so josh telling a other customer the owner speaks only Arabic was a flat out lie. Also, for those being pressured to pay in cash, I’m not surprised, when I worked there I was instructed to disconnect the card reader and tell people it wasn’t working and say we only accept cash. I also had 2 separate people ask me about their undelivered items during the short time I worked there, but I couldn’t give them an answer other than refer them to josh bc I literally knew nothing about it, but I say this to say, it appeared to be common that people were buying things and not receiving them. Sifting through these reviews, I can guarantee the majority of the positive reviews were made by friends and family of azam, and even josh and azam left reviews on here is if they were customers, but they literally used their own names ud83dude02 man I wish I could take a lie detector test for the BBB right now or do something to help customers who were cheated reclaim what is rightfully theirs. After reading reviews here and on BBB, this sounds illegal, it’s theft, it’s fraud. They have recently renamed themselves so be careful people. Stay far far away. I barely managed to get my last paycheck from josh, I’m not even surprised they treat customer the same, but I am surprised they haven’t been arrested at this point. Some reviews say they’ve called the cops on them.

Originally I was not going to even go into this store due to some of the reviews I saw, but I was at the mall and decided to check it out. We have dealt with Josh every time since then. I ordered 2 different bedroom sets and now a living room set. Josh suggested we look at Ashley furniture because they didnt have the living room set in the showroom for us to look at. The same exact set was at Ashley for over $1000 more then at Furniture Elegance. Delivery for the bedroom sets and set up was not expensive at all. Josh advised us when we ordered the living room set that there were a few pieces that were not in stock so delivery would take a little longer then usual. We have had a wonderful experience with this company. I usually do not post reviews, but since a review almost stopped me from even going there I thought it was only fair to write one. Go in and see for yourself. They price match and it's the same furniture. No harm in looking and ask for Josh.. he is very upfront and honest.

I purchased a table with them 3 months ago and they still have not delivered it or have any knowledge of where it might be or when it’s coming. Terrribleeeeeeeeeeeee service!! Do not do business with these ppl!!

Anyone who will be purchasing furniture in the future, please DO NOT purchase with Furniture Elegance. They are horrible people to deal with and all they want to do is take your money. We purchased a sectional from them in September of 2019 that took over a month to be delivered and it came damaged. It took them until February of 2020 to finally pick up the furniture to replace it after a lot of phone calls. Now come June I spoke with the manager on the phone a few days ago and he said “Yea the owner Azan is upset with you guys for posting reviews online and slandering our store, so if you want your couch back or money back you will have to take us to court.” At that point we had not posted anything - and even if we had, we had every right to. I filed a police report and it turns out we are not the first people to complain about these crooks. So I just wanted to warn anyone on the market to please avoid this store unless you want to go through what they have put us through.
