Customer service was amazing. Extremely patient with my undecisiveness when I came in 20 minutes prior to closing, wanting to sign up with a new membership. She was very helpful with suggestions.
I have been going to unlimited tan for some time now. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I usually have a 2 minute conversation with the front desk receptionist just about my day which is great. So friendly! I typically go for the spray tan. I really like the tone of the tan it give me and lasts about 2 weeks. Tan always looks natural.
I tanned here for the first time today, Sunday 12/16/18. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but by the end of my experience I was pleasantly surprised! The facility is very clean and provides a nice calming atmosphere. Dawn was very friendly and welcoming. She was also quite informative and provided me with excellent customer service. That goes a long way nowadays. The beds were updated and visibly clean. After my experience today, I will be sure to purchase a package and visit regularly! Thank you!

The customers service is Not the best As it was as I visited forever tan for over 22yrs. .You seem to be just a number in there book .I miss that friendly old fashion getting to know you hello .The beds seem to be nicer than a level one at forever tan ...I did not appreciate the fact the owner took over raised the pricing with out me knowing .at which is a tad steep for just a level 1 or the option in a level 2 to stand up .I frequent the business to help my chronic pain .To stand is not an option at forever tan We were able to go up to a level 3 . overall I have no choice to frequent unless I purchase my own bed.
