Only one staff working the printing dept. 4 customers waiting in line while open register by exit has no one. I inquired about help & was told that was only one trained for that dept. The employee in printing dept was helping 2 at the copy machines with individual help with how to & made sure they understood. That kind of customer service is great but shows this dept needs more than one employee. And cross-training is a must so there aren't people waiting in line in one spot & other employees just standing. To top it off I was just picking up an order so all I required was paying that the young lady at register could of assisted me with.
Outstanding customer service. I needed some help with a recycle of an old printer and the young lady from the copier department went out of her way to help me. I’m a Disabled Veteran, I am so appreciative of her help. She really went above and beyond of her duties to help me.
