Walked into this location stood in line behind guy trading in like a thousand games. I was trying to pick up an online order and wasn't sure if there was just one spot to pick up or if all cashiers could give me my already purchased product. Waited 10 min before the other 2 associates who weren't doing anything asked if they could help me...REALLY. then I asked is this the only line for pick up he said any of us can help with that....after 10 freaking minutes thanks for the info. After the acknowledgement I was out the door in 30 sec. Thanks for expeditious attention.

Never pick up the phone, called multiple times in the last weeks to ask a simple question.

I had a quick question about a game. Decided to call. No one picks up even after multiple calls. I figured they were busy with guests... totally get it. I live close so I decide to go into the store to ask said question. I’ve been there several times and the assistant manager is on top of it. Acknowledged, asks if we need help, everything you’d expect walking into a GameStop. I get there and there’s two people working and one guest in the store. Ok, someone could’ve answered. I walk in and ask a question about a game coming out soon. “No midnight release due to covid” cool I get it, no biggie. Could’ve got that answer over the phone. No offer to preorder or anything either. I’d rather drive to New Lenox GameStop for my gaming needs. I’m at least greeted and treated with respect there.
