Wow. This is the future
Given wrong equipment which knocked out our phones. Three days to get it straight. Finally asked for a tech. They said they set it up and would call us. No call, so we called and was told he never put the request through. He openly lied to us. He was rude also. However, the tech that we finally got was excellent in every way.
It was busy. We were dropping off the modem. We bought our own. We can only afford internet. Basic cable added $50 to our bill. Getting way too expensive ud83dude29
So, I found the people here very helpful. What I do not find helpful, is that no one on the planet seems to have the number to call the store directly....nSo Stupid...
Great service everytime I come here! Last time I was here in the summer 2020 we had to wait in a line that wrapped around the xfinity building. Glad that now that it's winter we're not standing outside in the cold to get service.
