Long visit, but worth I do far. AJ was great.
I recently went in store because customer service center over the phone was no help. I was being overcharged on my account, but a young man was able to take care of that for me. He was patient and thorough with his explanations and research on my account. I believe his name was Jose. Great work, I really felt this was the most helpful and satisfying experience with customer service I have ever had in any sprint store. I appreciate the help.
I recently switched over to Sprint from T-Mobile. Delia (i believe that’s how you spell it) helped me start a new plan, she was knowledgeable of the products and gave great customer service, she made the process easy and understandable.
I've been to this store twice since my phone was helpful and both times they were so helpful. Today Sandra helped me decide which phone plan would work best for me. Turns out it was cheaper than replacing my old phone. She was very kind and understanding and was able to answer all of my questions. Thanks so much
I received the best customer service here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. One in particular Sandra Gomez went above and beyond to make sure we new exactly what we were getting, the best plan for our money, and overall really knew what she was talking about. It was hands down the best and most insightful visit to any service provider. If you ever need anything go to Sprint in Louis Joliet mall and ask for Sandra.
