Came in...need to buy my new phone.. had me taken care of in no time
We had a great experience at Best Buy this morning! We recently purchased a new computer and needed assistance getting started with it. Kyle assisted us and couldn’t have been more helpful, he was patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable! Kyle is a real asset to Best Buy! Thank you Kyle for the wonderful service!
Tim i believe was the installer who installed my remote start system. He did a fantastic job explaining everything including the extra precautions they take during the installation. Highly recommended and the price for the remote start was an awesome deal. Most remote starters were asking for 450+ for the same type of system. He was real thorough and professional.
We worked with a nice gentleman in the Apple section. However, I had been in 2 days prior. An employee brought up a product he thought would work for us and allowed me to screenshot it from his phone. I showed that picture to the gentleman who initially looked in the area where we were but eventually found it elsewhere. Shelves were fairly empty for beginning of the week. When we got up to the register the product rang up for $6 more than was shown on my picture. She charged us what it rang up for. And my Best Buy reward wouldn't come up on my account. So all in all, so-so customer service.
Best Buy took the necessary steps to protect the consumer from scalpers. Even though going through multiple validations to verify my identity i was still able to get a RTX 3070. Great Job Best Buy. Thank you for taking the add steps to ensure your customers would get the Hot stocked items.
