Terrible company to work with very poor communication, had a problem load that ended up having to be cross docked due to us being a recovery carrier and getting held up at a shipper. Everything was handled by broker but for no reason we get charged for a lumper that the other carrier did. Cant get any one on the phone regarding payment discrepancies, all accounting emails are automatic and nobody gets back to you. Literally impossible to to talk with someone once load is delivered. Avoid doing business at all cost.
After working with Greg Davis I never been so disappointed. Today 06/14/19 He clearly mention delivery times fcfs and when I arrived at the reciver iv been told that my appt is for 5pm and its Friday so my week is gone. I tried to call him but I got no respond. So u got me Here. Thanks Davis for wasting my rest of the week here in Danville il. Do not book a load from this brokerage because they will lie to you and u will get screwed. This is a review from the driver (self dispatch). He has been lied to me that its fcfs facility just to cover his load BUT they only do by appts. And I will get no money for this waste.Never again. Shame on you Greg davis I'll never book a load with u again
They continue to pay their invoices extremly late. Do not book loads with them in your are expecting payments on time. They have this thing of paying invoices in 3-4 months.
