We spent over 3k on our move in Dec., and when the movers left, I noticed one of the blades of the fan in one bedrooms was missing completely and wasn’t missing that morning. The movers did put together a bunk bed in this room. We have been trying to receive a replacement for the fan since they don’t make the exact model blade anymore and the company has done nothing but give me the runaround and not take responsibility for months. For a fan that costs less than $200 and considering we spent over 3k and tipped each of the movers each time they moved from one location to another, I’d never recommend this company based on its poor customer service and accountability. Please do not use this company. Very disappointed they didn’t replace the fan after months of back and forth after the large amount of money we paid for the move, I feel they could’ve replaced a fairly inexpensive fan that we did not break and was completely missing upon their departure.

When deciding on a moving Company we stayed local and chose Moving Services from Mokena. The experience was such a smooth experience and couldn’t be happier. Our wonderful men showed up on time, disassembled the furniture, protected everything with bubble wrap and blankets. Loaded 2 trucks and held our items over the weekend to deliver on a Tuesday. Again, unloading everything safely and assembling without any issues. We absolutely Loved this company and highly recommend them for any move.nMake sure you tip them, they work very hard!

This was my first time using movers and it was a great experience. Will and Charles were the movers for the day; They were very professional and worked efficiently. I could not have done this move without their help. Set up for services was easy and the price was great compared to other companies in the area. I highly recommend using this company for your next move.

They did a wonderful job moving our 5,100-sq ft house to our somewhat smaller 1,400-sq ft condo in the same neighborhood. All of the workers were friendly and helpful, as was the initial gentleman who did the proposal. I highly recommend them.

They made moving easy. Great communication. Free boxes, tape & packing material met our needs of what we didn't have. Bill walked thru the home for Our quote and pricing was good. The crew did a great job.
