Store is very clean. Workers are friendly. Very good sanitation practices. Cashiers sanitize after every customer.
I was not very satisfied. They took my Kohl's cash away when I went to exchange my new shoes with the exact same pair just a different size. My husband bought them for me for Christmas and earned 10.00 in Kohl's cash. They didn't have the right size so I had to order them on the kiosk and return the other pair and she voided the Kohl's cash. Not very good customer service!
Love the contactless pickup option! Need more Handicap Spots though!
