Ross Dress for Less

I bought a shower Caddy right before Christmas. When I went to put it together, there were several pieces missing including a long rod. Which tells me this must of been a return that was put back on the shelf. When I went to return it, the Manager Salwa, Told me they had to take 5.99 off the return price because it’s been marked down! Mind you I bought the last one in the store and paid 15.99 for it! I asked how it was marked down when I bought the last one and there have been no other since, and she just shrugged her shoulders! I asked if I could exchange for the same price I paid for something else and she said No! That is absolutely terrible that this place is out here scamming people like that! I shop here often but trust me when I say I won’t set foot in this store ever again unless they make this right!

Very disappointed in the amount of merchandise. Not sure if it's always like this or if it's because of COVID? The brand new Ross store in Nevada was like this too???

Went to exchange a shoe.that I bought yesterday to get a larger size. Clark ring bar code two times and stated that this shoe, has already been returned, we call manager, manger was very rude and not willing to resolve issue, finally Clark realized that she has done a mistake by returning first time and then ringed again.

Clean store, not very packed with consumers, able to get in and out with no problems, prices seems to be great, a good enjoyment for me shopping there for the first-timer

The staff here are always really friendly, helpful, and efficient.
