If I could rate my experience from 1-10 I’d give it an 11! Both employees were very friendly and helpful. The service was super quick and easy.
I want to start off by saying this tmobile is one of the best tmobiles i went too. I went to a tmobile who turned me away because they didnt know/not trained on how to solve the issue i was having so I called this location and Ray answered the phone and told me he can fix it. When i went to this one i was amazed because Ray greeted me so nicely and did not turn me away. He wasted no time trying to help me and was so kind. Ray walked me through the different steps to resolve the issue and in no problem the issue was resolved. The other staff members were friendly as well. Thank you so much! If i have another issue I will be coming back to this location.
Purchased a phone from there starting having issues with the battery from the start went back they give you every excuse why they can’t help tell you bunch of bs have you running around wasting time no problem taking hundreds of dollars all nice till you need help pretty much they tell you to gfy. Go somewhere else.
Dex was very knowledgeable and actually listened to us! Asked questions and helped us decide which phone would best suit our needs. Not push us into something we'd regret. (Has happened at another T Moble) Left a sour taste and added more to our bill. We had to order our phones...but I'm actually going to get the phone I've wanted.
