Buyer beware! It's been nearly a year and I've had, and still have, a lot of issues with my Verizon account. There's almost no relationship or responsibility between Go Wireless and Verizon to the point where I have to resolve any issues between both parties. The best part is that I called Verizon today and they told me they are having a lot of issues with their 3rd party retailers. Skip this store and order directly from Verizon or one of their corporate stores. It will save you 40 hours of your personal time.

Went to the location to pickup a phone and was told to waiting in my car they took my number and never got a call. 4 hours later they calling me. Went to new Lenox location better service and a lot faster.

Called to discuss issues I was having with my new phone purchase. Could hardly get a word in with the person that answered the phone. Did not want to listen to me, did not want to help.

I have been waiting two months for a phone, each time I call for an update the phone system routes me to a different location They won't transfer me back to Mokena, so I have to drive over once a week for an update. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My nightmare started when a representative of the Mokena location (the store manager, mind you) charged me for $190 worth of accessories, unbeknownst to me (pop sockets, extra long phone chargers). Not a single item was discussed or requested. I was not awarded the full (promised) trade-in value of my phone, nor was I told correct information about the cost of insurance, additional lines, etc.nnPerhaps most alarming was that I have yet to receive a response from the Mokena location, the District Manager or GoWireless Headquarters. I have reached out on FIVE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS.nnIf even considering a purchase through GoWireless, specifically the Mokena location, run fast in the other direction. I cannot stress this enough.
