I’ve been a long-time customer and their customer service was much better at the beginning than in my recent interactions. I was supposed to have an appointment today to fix/replace a sensor with a 3-hour window so I cleared my work calendar to attend to this - got a call supposed to show up at 3 no show and no call back from anyone. I guess I’ll have to call probably 2-3 more times to get this done and hope for the best.
Our system has not been working correctly for awhile. Can't reach anyone and I have submitted tickets and get no response.nWe have had the system for a few years and never had issues. Not sure what has happened but I would say the customer service is terrible.

They have been pretty good for years but when one of my sensors cracked I can’t get any help. So far no answer to emails or phone call
