Should be zero stars. Terrible service. Went to get three phones upgraded and and a new one. When the rep found out I have Sprint, he shook his head and said we can try. Then began asking me what kind of phones I wanted to buy. I told him I’d like to check the upgrade deals and he shook his head again. I told him I’ll do it my myself. The team at this location is amazingnThey were so nice to me and helped me out tremendously! I would recommend this t-mobile to anyone.

I always post both ways positive and negative. I state facts and the facts are, if you are a sprint customer this place will flat out not help you even though they merged with sprint. The signs in the window states they will specifically help sprint customer's. They sent me to the store on Harlem and 159th (which is completely out of the way) because they said they can't help me since they were not an original sprint store. I'm dead serious, that's what the rep. told me. Even my 14 year old son who was with me said that was terrible.. I reiterated that tmobile merged with sprint and how can they not help me? He reiterated they don't have the equipment at this store, to help sprint clients but yet, they are sprint?? Seriously?? What kind of customer service is that? Terrible. They have no clue what they are doing over there. Time to switch providers for sure.

Had a question about my phone and wanted to pay my bill, the employee was waiting on another customer, never acknowledged me, someone was in the back and never came out to help me. Waited over 15 minutes, then I left. Very poor customer service

I had a great experience at this TMobile. I was having issues with an old phone and Johnathan was so helpful, patience, and friendly. I'm not electronically savvy but Johnathan was able to straighten out everything I'm so appreciative for his time & knowledge!
