If you have a Verizon account or want to switch providers and live in the South Suburbs of Chicago do not go anywhere else! Jake was amazing to do business with. He was very helpful, and explained everything he was doing while answering all of my questions. He was able to transfer everything from my iPhone 5 to the new iPhone se. He was very kind the entire time and even helped me save money. Usually when I go to phone stores I am in there for an hour plus and end up with a headache, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes and I left smiling. It was truly amazing!
Jake was very helpful and had a lot of good information. Quick and easy visit, what it should be. Definitely going to come back for further assistance.
I was having issues with my new Samsung A51. It locked up. Verizon Frankfort was on my way home. Jake was very kind, understanding and so very knowledgeable. He told me how to avoid this from happening again. Since there was no one waiting, I asked for help with a couple other A51 issues as I've been wanting throw this phone!
