Terrible training program trainer Charlie Garcia did not prioritize cleanliness, brought his dog , & was always talking on the phone while training another trainee which was a distraction & very unprofessional, junk equipment, especially the trailers, management seems not to care about their employees/drivers they only care about the freight. Most drivers while I was training were quiting, do not apply to this company ! Pay is not worth the hassle you will have to go through, stay away go LTL freight or local. ALWAYS Remember a company is not successful without the driver , without the driver freight can’t be transported which means the company can’t make profit.
Great place to work..very friendly atmosphere
The reason I gave this company one star is:nnObviously, Google makes you give at least one star.nnAnd for the fact, their drivers have extreme road rage & run other drivers off the road with no safety concerns of who they may hurt or kill.nnThe company manager/supervisor only says, “Sorry this happened and I will look into it.”nnIf I could’ve gave NO STARS or even better, negative stars, that’s what this company would’ve received from me!!!
This place is absolutely the worst place to work
Apparently, speaking English is a specialty. Drinking on the job is a priority. Dispatch only knows four letter words.
