Been a longstanding customer with T mobile for over a decade and this is the best experience I've had in store ever. Lloyd was very helpful and accommodating. They also have disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizers and employees as well as customers wear masks which made my wife and I feel very comfortable for the hour we spent there.

If you buy a phone here and are unhappy with the service, may God have mercy on your soul. The employees took forever to help me and gave priority to other customers solely because I was returning something.nnNot only does T-Mobile charge the highest restocking fees in the industry ($70 vs $45), this store specifically does not refund $30 in activation/SIM card fees. You are charged a $100 penalty for leaving. Take your service elsewhere.nnNote: the owner below claiming he was going to reach our to me never did. Just for show!

Since it went T-Mobile Mobile, from Sprint. Have had nothing but issues with my phone and making payments in office.

I spent over an hour fighting with sprint customer service over a promise they made to honor the 50% the Note 9 deal they offered me customers. The poor store employees have to be the face for the company all the while it's the ones hiding behind the phones being dishonest and difficult. The store employees are fantastic. The customer service on the phone is not.
