My visit at this store was great. The customer service was excellent! Maurice was efficient & did an awesome job with helping me switch over to AT&T. I highly recommend it.
They take their customers seriously and work swiftly! I worked with Taylor there and she was so great!! I talked with the manager and he was very helpful and friendly as well. The East Peoria branch definitely have what it takes! I couldn’t be happier with my service thus far. Thank you!!
Well love that I don't have dropped calls. But....I don't like all the added fees...Also...I thought I was getting a promo. Offer..as I was told from the. Rep. Until surprise your bill is higher than you were told of guesstimate. Was told bill would be reduced never was. So let's get it together AT&T.... Hopefully I won't have to visit store again and sit for hours
Today I stopped in to set up my new iPhone. At first I was working with David who was very nice and helpful. He sent my information through the cloud and while I was waiting I ran next store. When I came back Lucus began helping me. He was great as well. And his friendliness and personality were wonderful. I really can’t say enough about him!
