Frustrated is not even the word. I was referred by a friend because I needed a fridge/stove ASAP. After picking out my fridge and stove that took a few days due to what I wanted, I of course had to wait for my delivery. The first day of my delivery they came 4 hours late. Then when I went to open up my fridge, there was a BUG. I immediately took the fridge outside and demanded a pick up. After they picked it up, I was without a fridge once again. They gave me a temporary fridge until my new fridge comes in about 3/4 days later, so I had to postpone moving into my my house. The temporary fridge is no where NEAR what I want. It really makes me upset that now I have to wait 4 more weeks until a new fridge. I am paying for the fridge at a small discounted rate. But after finding a bug in my fridge, delivery being 4 hours late, and having to wait a month for a new fridge, something a bit better would be worked out. I wish there were other options for me to go to, but unfortunately this is where I am at. Giving this business the benefit out of doubt. Highly frustrated, highly upset.
