I had to change my review. The coffee always varies on how someone makes it and the iced lattes are 90% cups of ice and taste like watered-down milk, occasionally I will get a decent coffee but to many problems at this location, donuts taste a days old even in the early morning.

the food is decent, but every time without fail i have gone through the drive through, the employees have not been wearing their masks properly. they’ve either been only covering their mouth or worn around their chins. please cover your mouth AND nose people!! no one is being protected if the masks aren’t being worn correctly!

Did not get the correct donuts we ordered. Also the donuts were day olds definitely not fresh. It is so obvious with glazed to know if they are older. These were hard. The filled hardly had any filling in them. The service was ok but if i order 6 long johns chocolate and not get one chocolate long john. Kinda upset. I got 2 white long johns and specifically expressed on phone no vanilla. Upset

Went there to pick up a mobile order. They gave me the wrong drink with no label or receipt. I had to ask more than once to get the other part of my order. Some worker was hollering at me that the croissants were ready. Well, I did not answer her call the first time because I did not order anything. Another work was super quiet and did not wear gloves or wash her hands. Some lady came out of nowhere and cut me in line to tell the workers that her drink was wrong. She got the drink that I had ordered. An AMT walked into the store to get his mobile order and had to come back inside because he did not get his second order of bagels. Then he got called on his radio and had to leave, so now that essential worker did not get his entire meal and had to overpay. This place is a cramped joke and the drive thru always has a long line.
