A friend recommended these guys after she had issues with another company in town. I had heard from Apple that my 2011 MacBook Pro had a drive that would be very expensive to repair, that I would be better off buying a new refurbished MacBook Pro. We stopped in, I will admit I was resigned to bad news about the fried hard drive. We walked into meet with Shane, who smiled, took the computer and began to assess it. He gave me estimates that were not astronomical. He let me know the possible problems and steps they could take. By the end of the day, they had assessed it, it was just the hard drive; they called for a go ahead and actual cost. Less than two hundred dollars. Replacing it second hand would have run at least four hundred dollars. Not only that but an hour later they were finished. They'd replaced the hard drive, reloaded and set up the OS and made sure everything was in top condition.nThe were professional, fast, communicated clearly. They were adept with my Mac, just as adept with my friend's PC a few months ago. This is the place I'd recommend. No question. They saved me several hundred dollars with no hassle and quick, remarkable quick service.
