Yvonne, the rep at the store the day I visited, was very knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint. I left happily with a badly needed new phone. I absolutely recommend this store.
I went to the Verizon store in Rochelle Illinois today they have the Nicest most helpful team there. Katherine thank for helping me out.
Cathy was great. She was more than patient and helpful. I’d do business with her again and recommend people see her.
Was not impressed- Stopped by at 5 pm Friday (3-26) night- they were closed. Stopped by at 2 pm Saturday (3-27)- closed yet again. Came back at 2:30- they were getting ready to close again when I showed up. The young lady working at the time seemed bothered I was there. Didn't seem interested in helping. The prices at this store were also quite a bit higher than the Verizon store in Dixon.
