Pricing needs to be more transparent. Signage says cold brew medium with cold foam. Charged 3.70. Extra for foam. Ridiculous. May try again, not sure.

Food and customer service are top notch. The only concern I have is that a customer had a dog inside the establishment. IMO, that's a bad business practice. May consider another Dunkin Donuts next time....

Ordered 2 donuts, they are rock hard. Can hit them on my counter top and they do not break. I understand it was late in the evening, but don't serve stale donuts to customers just say you're out.

Been to this location three times. All three times it was not a great experience. First time, I waited 45 minutes on a breakfast sandwich. Second time, the cashier snapped my debit card in half by accident and handed it back in pieces without saying anything. The third time, I ordered decaf but got caffeinated. I asked (very kindly) if I could get decaf instead. I was told no and asked why I can’t just drink the caffeinated one... so I left with my beverage and gave it away. After that incident, I’m probably not coming back.

Terrible staff and customer service. Ordered a strawberry refresher and got a coffee instead. The girl at the window seemed annoyed when I asked if they could remake and give me the PROPER drink I ordered and payed for. Even after that the drink tasted off. They refused when I asked for a refund. Do not waste your money here unless you want your order taken wrong and to be met with disrespectful staff who takes your money. Also saw two girls talking without they're masks in the background. Absolutely disgusting.
