This location never wears a mask, or they wear their masks incorrectly under the nose. I called and asked the manager to educate her staff and ask them to wear their masks correctly. Since then, they still don't wear them correctly and I actually saw one lady who I think was the manager, wearing her mask below her mouth. On top of that, they don't get orders right. Going elsewhere from now on.

I work at one of the stores on Regency in Huntley. I have been very polite about asking this store to update their business hours on the front door. Their lobby closes at 7PM everyday and they have not updated the hours to reflect this at all. So here’s a 1 star review hoping you guys do your jobs. Thanks!

Absolutely worst customer service ever!!nI had an online order and it suppose to be come with a free coffee when I have asked about the coffee the server told me that I have to reorder the same order and select the coffee I was like its probably some cents but I was like never mind as I was not interested to pay for another 1 dozen donuts.nNever going back again!! The server was rude!!

I work in hampshire and always stop at this locate but they always end up forgetting something from what I order. It’s kind of annoying with you spend over 20$-30$ & don’t even get what you ordered.

Still love dunkin but had to change it from 5 stars to 2. No one was wearing gloves this morning when I went to buy my coffee and bagel. So disappointing. Every time I have gone since the pandemic started all the employees were properly marked and gloved. But not today. Its food service and I saw no hand washing before my food was handed to me. Handed to me! Please go back to wearing gloves. I threw my bag of food away. Didn't eat it.
