I live on a dead end street. There has been absolutely NO truck of any sort down my road today. I decided to check to see if there was an updated time on my order. It was marked as delivered. I knew better but looked anyway. Of course it isn't there. Checked with neighbors, they agreed there has been no traffic down our road today at all. I hate FedEx.
I had a delivery that was missed because of them not being able to locate my home. I was on a deadline prey project that I needed the package for. I immediately called and I got a customer care rep somewhere across she tried to assist me buy updating my address I called back got transferred to my local facility or this wonderful woman understood my situationwho told me that I can come down and pick it up in person. She gave me great customer service, apologize for the inconvenience and took care of all of my needs. Thank you FedEx.
Fedex is a fantastic company to work for. They take care of the employees, and their focus is always on the customer.
The worst fed ex in the nation ignorant to say the least cant even deliver a package to the right address. Then if its reguire for signature they just leave it on the porch. They need to be shutdown immediately..
Called customer service to locate my package they tell me apt number is missing from shipper and the shipper has to change address there is nothing I can do. They would not even let me pick up my package at any local fedEx location. The customer service guy was extremely rude to me.
