Planet Fitness is a great gym for beginners and those just getting back to the gym. However, this particular location is very small. The gym is crowded from about 4pm to 8pm. There is a lot of equipment crammed into a small space and not a lot of room to keep your distance from others. The trainer, CHRIS, is PHENOMENAL!!! He takes his job seriously, he is kind and honest. He is the best trainer I have EVER worked with. I also enjoy the recovery amenities that are provided with your membership.

Christian is an amazing manager in everyway and goes above and beyond for everyone. He's knowledgeable, personable and knows how to handle himself under stressful situations. And he has an awesome car!. Great customer service. Very patient workers and quick, easy and painless process to sign up. If you're looking for an amazing gym where you're not treated like just a number, go to PF mundelein!

This place is very well kept and clean. I see the employees going around and disinfecting equipment at least 3 or 4 times during my workout. I feel very safe coming here

I wish you guys stayed opening for longer on weekends. I live working out at this location. But I normally work until 6pm on weekends and by the time I get out I barely get enough time to change and work out because close time is 7pm. I hope in the future you guys extend your operation time at least by an hour.

The gym is clean and the staff is friendly but I complained twice already that the gym is too warm. Today I was told the temperature is always set at 73 degrees!!! And there is nothing that can be done. When I asked who in the world has a gym temperature set at 73 degrees the response was the owners mandate it and it can’t be changed.nWell I don’t know what gym owner thinks that 73 degrees at a gym is normal. I don’t have my house at 73. It’s a sauna. I have never used a gym before this warm. It’s unhealthy and not safe. Consider people with health issues, heart issues etc. I almost passed out working out. Neither me or my friend could make it thru our workout.nIt’s 53 degrees outside and the gym is set at 73 with everyone sweating and breathing hard especially during COVID I don’t see how this is healthy. I have been a trainer for 11 years. I have never been in the gym this hot. If this doesn’t change I sure won’t be able to continue to use this gym.
