I needed a nail day this week.... I am 38 weeks pregnant and my poor toe nails needed a trim. I also had a broken thumb nail from a battle lost to a cheese slicer. My technician at Botti was wonderful and treated me like I was gold. She fixed my nail and made my feet look beautiful again! She also helped get my incredibly swollen feet back into my shoes.nnObviously I am being very cautious with being pregnant during a pandemic. Botti had plastic dividers between each station and the technicians. I felt very safe in a sterilized environment! Thank you!
Great place and they make sure that your nails look impeccable. The ladies are so nice and always welcoming.I come here every 2 weeks and my nails always look as I expect.

Got a gel mani pedi and it literally peeled off while I was leaving, the lady got very upset with me when I asked her to fix them. Two hours later, they all peeled off. Worst $75 I’ve ever spent
This was my first visit here, and I really enjoyed it. The Special Pedi includes multiple lotions, gels and oils rubbed into legs (you can choose either lavender or green tea) as well as a paraffin wrap for your feet. I felt $50 is a great deal for all that is included. Not to mention Amy was super nice and sweet (Not just because we share a name). I enjoyed talking to her. There was no pressure to have any other service and she always made sure to ask if anything hurt and I was okay. At the end while my feet were drying she massaged my arms and shoulders. I do recommend this and wish I wasn't from another state.
