Everyone at the salon is so friendly and helpful. I have seen numerous different techs from the spa and hair departments. I've never left disappointed. If you are looking for color I suggest Emily and if you are interested in a massage, Allison is fantastic.

**BEWARE OF BEING OVER CHARGED WHEN BOOKING ONLINE**nVernon Hills location is terrible. Watch the register when they ring you up. They will pass through the total charges quickly...n- Rude Customer Servicen- Booked a One hour service that took only 40 minutes (stylist rushed) PLUS they tried charging me for a 75 minute servicen- The appointment was at 4pm, stylist met me at 4:15 and they rushed me out by 4:45?n- 2nd rate/MEDIOCRE quality hairstyle. SEVERLY DISAPPOINTED
