I've been seeing Razan for years! She is all I trust for good pure skin love and facials. I've done chemical peels, regular facials, Hollywood peels, removed sun spots, brown spots. Sometimes we need a good lift and a little botox thank you Dr Dalloul! and they are superb in it. I try to treat myself every once in a while and stay committed because it shows. Razan loves good skin and shares the ritual and procedures. Definitely call in and see Razan!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Back in December I got lip filler here for the first time ever. They had a special and I thought why not! My first red flag should have been that there were no reviews on their injections. Anyway!! So I went in and told them what I wanted. The dr. said that he would only inject the top lip even after I asked if we could use a little in the bottom as well. ( I paid for one syringe). So I just assumed he knew best. I read online they use numbing cream for about 15-20 minutes. I got maybe 5 minutes of numbing cream that did nothing. Besides the point. After the injections were done I was sent on my way. Right from the start they looked uneven. I read online that they could appear that way for the first few days-week and that it would go down as the swelling went. I was wrong. My lips were swollen and uneven for nearly 3 weeks. About a month after I got the first injection. They were still VERY noticeably uneven. So I called and asked if I can get that fixed. Their schedule was opposite of mine so I ended up having to leave work early to meet with them to get what I thought would be corrections. So January 7th I went. The Man injected only ONE side of my top lip ( they were uneven from the first round he did) and then since that didn’t take the whole syringe, I asked to add to the bottom lip. He did. Smack dab in the middle of my bottom lip. That’s it. IMMEDIATELY after the injection I noticed a bump. As if he injected too far deep in the top lip. I asked about it and he said it’s just how it swells. I trusted that yet again. I was also informed that I would have to PAY for the corrections... why I would have to pay for a mistake THEY created was beyond me. But I paid anyways hoping my problems would be corrected. Two weeks go by and they were STILL swollen and uneven. The lump on the top lip was still there. Making me insecure to even smile. I called another place and reached out and asked if it was normal. They said no that it is not normal to have that kind of bump. So I called purity and told them the situation just to be told on the phone that they were not messed up???? How can you tell me they aren’t messed up over the phone when you can’t see it???? ANYWAYS. I made an appointment to meet with them for a THIRD time, hoping they would finally get it right. I got there and told a different lady. Who I assume is the owner what the problem was and why I was unhappy. JustnFor her to look me dead in the face and tell me it’s normal???? I told her numerous times it was not normal, and that I was not happy. And that I didn’t trust them. So she ended up doing a frequency thing that she told me would fix my problem. ( note, I drove over an hour to get to this place) I spent 30 minutes here. And left with the EXACT same results. Not a single bit different. After that I was beyond upset. I will attach photos from the first injection. The second injection and then from the third visit after the frequency. I truthfully don’t even understand how this business is licensed or running. I now have to go to a different place to get the filler DISSOLVED. They ruined my lips and filler experience. My lips have been swollen and tender since December 5th of 2020. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Not even my enemy. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else on the planet for lip filler

In fact, I didn’t like the experience. It was very fast. The lady did not adopt all the necessary steps for the operation. I felt that they were rushing to get rid of me. She also tore blackheads without steam, which made my skin look bad the next day. I will never go back again I think that this is because I had a Groupon!! Because I have a friend that go there all the time and she is very satisfied with the services she receive

I've been coming to see Razan to control my acne and Im now on facial three of six. She is very knowledgeable and when I leave my skin is just glowing! I'm very happy I gave my spa finder giftcard a chance and found her. Thanks!

Absolutely awful!nPlease do not go there! Rosen is not a professional master, ruined my face, burned my skin 3 mm from my eye and left a scar!
