Three weeks ago I bought a vacuum at Target in Lake Bluff IL. It was Hoover Air Steerable. I contemplated something more expensive but I read the reviews and this one had pretty good reviews. I used it for three weeks and the pin fell out of the neck and the handle would not stay in place. I cleaned it up and took it back to Target in Lake Bluff where I purchased it and took it to the return counter. I stated that I bought this vacuum three weeks ago and the handle broke just randomly and I would like to exchange It for another one because it actually worked well except for the faulty handle. I was immediately met with suspicion and asked if I had the box for it. I said no I don’t have the box. The woman at the counter then said well we don’t return things without the box so I don’t think this will happen. She then called a young man over who immediately said yes we will take it back. Also before I went I read Targets policy on returns that are faulty and they do return things without the box. I then asked both of them who keeps a box for three weeks that is as big as a vacuum? The young man answered with a slightly condescending tone well it helps us with our returns. Then the woman said well I am sorry that I asked you for the box I keep boxes for everything, in a more condescending tone. Then as I walked away she said I hope you enjoy your vacuum! Even more condescending.nI am a customer who is in that store 2 times a week minimum. I never complain and I never return anything. I was sold a faulty vacuum that broke not due to my use. I had to get back into the car get it over there into the store and that is what I am met with, suspicion and condescending nasty answers. The minute I walked up and said what happened they should have just said sorry this should not happen and exchanged it. It wasn’t even like I was asking for money back. I was willing to give it another try. Also they could see by my cc that I just purchased it three weeks ago. Who allows employees to talk to customers like that when the product that they are selling is faulty.nI walked away and asked to see the Store Manager. She was kind and understanding and could see that I was a bit upset and said that should not have happened. Target should feel lucky they have her. She was cool and had hair dyed the coolest color. I want to Thank her for listening to me and hopefully correcting that condescending behavior.

Extremely fast and efficient way to shop. Unfailingly cheerful employees, too. Your system for drive-up pickups is flawless.

Writing this for the employee of the star bucks at this Target store location . She was so rude , i was looking at counter a vegan options for me. Suddenly , she interrupted and told me to go and shop in the store and if you want to buy something from star bucks take it and go out . I don't know if it's common at star bucks but communication must be polite and nice .nRest other employees at Target are very nice and helpful . I never been issue with them.
