Great staff, very helpful. They have a great selection of everything. The only downside is everything is not in one location, but I guess that is the cost to pay to save so much. Friendly workers but completely unbelievable when it comes to delivering your product. I bought 2 thousand dollars worth of carpet and vinyl in late june and it was supposed to be delivered and installed on july 20th. The company that was contracted through them decided they would not come out because the new house had no ac unit(which they were told multipul times). Fast forward 2 weeks later after we got the ac set up and the delivery finally rescheduled, they dont show up. When we called grandview we were told that they completely forgot to schedule us with the installing company. This has been a complete and utter headache.
Buyer beware. Junk doors. Came unglued at the bottom and fell apart. Staff member was rude and accused me of damaging the door.
We just went over on Sunday for mother’s day and purchase 2 French door. . They were 165 each, now we looked at Lowe’s later and seen them for 168 each (1) door . Now I feel as an outlet place this is NO TYPE OF DEAL .. they were plain . Then we walked in another building there and seen French doors with the frame on them for 325!!! So with our 165 a piece for each door you do the math, 165x2=330$ !!! THATS RIGHT... and we didn’t even get a frame or the door knobs drilled out. This was totally robbery. They told us they do no refunds but could exchange it.... I was mad and took my stuff and left.
Way over priced for the digging you have to do to get to anything that is not trash. We went to look at doors and windows and the prices were 25% higher than a box home improvement store. They play to the area around them to think it is a deal. If you like yard sales, discount/thrift shopping then this is the place for you.
