They kept me up to date on arrival and were very friendly. Moved a very heavy and fragile piece of furniture from my 1st floor to second floor up a spiral staircase without any damage. Would highly recommend. Very good pricing.
If you need someone to be on time, you might want to look somewhere else. Texted(didn't call) me 20 minutes before they were to meet me to say they would be 2 or 2.5 hours late. I sent multiple messages and called several times to get more information. Did not get a response for about 30 or 40 minutes. Finally spoke to them and they had no explanation as to why they waited till 20 minutes before if they knew they were going to be 2 hours late. They said they would get there as quickly as they could. An hour and a half after they were supposed to be there, they said the would be there in 15 minutes. About 25 minutes later they finally showed up. 3 guys and I had to help them, took about 10 minutes to load into trailer. $180. So paid them a rate of $240 /hour per person.
