Doug the owner is one of the nicest guys you could run across he waited 20 minutes past closing on a Saturday to take a look at my wiring on a stereo that im installing myself an he solved the problem within the first 5 minutes and made me up wire that i was missing, had to literally make hime take some money for it...should have just had him install it to begin with he has done a 67 camaro and a boat for my father an they were both the cleanest looking and best sounding systems ive been around...if you want anything to do with car audio i would highly recommend Quality Audio

Came to Ashland from New England and on the way, the factory stereo in the vehicle I just purchased began having issues with dropping Bluetooth, etc. I had plans to replace factory unit anyway, but with those issues and another 14 hr drive home facing me, I decided to see if someone might be able to help menout. Did some google research, saw the reviews for Quality Audio and called to see if I could be fit in their schedule. Doug was extremely sympathetic but offered that he had a pretty full schedule. I understood for sure, but he had me hold on the phone while he looked to see if he had what I wanted and if the schedule could be adjusted. He did have what I wanted and told me if I could leave the car with him for a couple days, he’d get it done. I picked my car up today and it’s perfect. Doug is a professional through and through. He came out and made sure I understood the workings of the unit and asked if I had questions. He made this process super easy and took care of me when he didn’t really need to. Super nice guy and a great business. Highly recommended.

Haven’t been in quite a while ,went by today and picked up a new amp, guy was super helpful and friendly and I will do business in the future ,thank you for your kindness and I will tell others to shop with you!

Went there about over 4years ago and never been back since. You can't bring your equipment to have installed, you have to buy outdated stuff from them. Maximum audio is where I go.....
