Wonderful staff that works there they are all very extremely friendly . Very extremely clean store . I really enjoy everyone that works there. Jeremy, Megan, Dave, Alyssa and the delivery drivers are very nice also , they make us feel like family when we walk in the door they are always smiling and greeting us every time we walk in the door. Their pricing is amazing. If you have not gave Russell Rent to own a chance go check them out you WONT regret it. You will leave a happy customer. We have been a customer for 5 years and still very happy !!

I absolutely love Russell Ky Rent-2-Own. The employees are absolutely amazing. They are the nicest and sweetest people you will ever encounter. If you have a problem with anything they go above and beyond to help fix the problem. They are constantly checking up on their customers to make sure they are doing fine or if they need anything. I absolutely love rent 2 own!!! They are the most friendliest people and will help you find anything you need! If i need something i go straight here! When i moved into my apartment i got all of my furniture here! If you need something and they don't have it in stock they will do their best getting it for you! Love love love
