We were amazed by the Amazon return experience and customer service at this store! Linda was extremely helpful in helping us solving the issue which was caused by our own mistake! The store also offers discount from Amazon returns and we often get great deals from there! This is definitely our go-to store in our neighborhood!

It was not crowded at all during the week afternoon. I got in and out. I wish they had more toys to select from but maybe they haven't gotten too many since Christmas. I also wish I had gone when I had the 30% discount, but I settled for th 15% because I don't feel like coming back. The staff was friendly and people seemed to be wearing masks. The store was clean.
