Ugh... the customer service started off great, I was under the impression that I was paying one price for a couch but when I set up my online account I ended up paying a little more. Talking to the financial company via online was time consuming. The pillows were all frayed and there is a rip in couch. I was highly upset and felt robbed the price for this couch was way too much.

Way high on price's
Not only was my delivery set unsure of on their end but when I received my furniture I noticed that my hallway wall was scratched, bed frame edge falling off and dresser scratched. Still no manager able to help
