Didn't really want to go into a store, but had to find something for my husband....I was very impressed with the social distance and wipe down after every customer. And yes i found him the perfect jacket!
Returned a package from Amazon. It was very easy. Also buy many things. Good prices.
The women who checked me out was so very helpful. She helped me sign up for Kohls rewards! Very sweet!!!
Very disappointed. I took back a fleece shirt, and was only given a $6 refund. I know the shirt cost more, as the tag was $30. This shirt was purchased back in November. I'm sure at least $20 was spent to purchase it. I had to spend $26 to replace it. No shirts there were $6. This gift was from an aunt out of state, and $26 came out of MY pocket to replace it. This is not the first time this has happened at Kohl's. Your return policies are terrible. The consumer gets ripped off every time if they return things to your store. I should have taken my $6 and gone elsewhere, or just kept it and gave it to someone else that it would have fit, and my son would have gotten stiffed on a gift from his aunt. Kohl's should give you back the amount that was spent to purchase the item, not what they are selling items for on clearance after the holiday. Very bad policies for the consumer. I will not be shopping at Kohl's EVER.
Always love shopping at Kohl's. They have nice things and great deals.
