I was so excited to get a pretzel! But there was a girl there who rung me up...and had a really bad attitude.Doesn’t repeat back the order.Almost overcharged me.She had acrylic nails which in fast food service you’re not even even allowed to have your nails done.Cashier needs to work on her customer service.I wouldn’t waste my time coming back to this location.
Bought a pretzel and a lemonade. I asked for a fresh pretzel because the only ones out were old and dried out. The lady asked me to come back in 7 minutes. When I did, she handed me a bag with a pretzel wrapped up. By the time I opened it I was already gone, only to find out it was the same hard, crusty, dried out pretzel slathered in butter. Will not be returning to this location again.
I was there tonight (05/04/2016) and there was a guy there with his child. He had just paid. The lady behind the counter rudely had him his change and slide the pretzel dog to him. Then it was my turn. She look at me didn't say one word and walk away fir a few mins. I thought she might have over heard my son wanting pretzel dogs and she was going back to grab them. When she finally came back, she just look at us. And I left. That was one of the worst customer service. I have work in the mall before. I know how it is and have done retail over 8 years. Just rude and uncalled for!
