The 1/2 sandwich was tiny. It used to be a very good size. The soup that used to be thick and substantial-cream of chicken and wild rice was watery! I will not be back. 26+ dollars for two of us. This is pathetic. Hey Panera,we are not stupid. You'll be going out of business like this.

Still charging full price for meals that they have decreased the size of. Not to mention that they have watered down the soup. I get that covid has made it hard on restaurants, it's bad business to keep your profit margins up on the backs of people who are mostly unemployed and hurting from this pandemic as well. I for one, as a long time customer, will remember that instead of surviving as a business Panera chose to thrive on the backs of others. I should mention also that the coffee was watered down. Came hungry left hungry.

This location consistently gets my order wrong. 4/4/2021 order number 1379707. I ordered a sandwich heated no lettuce no tomato, they gave it to me cold. I came back around drive thru and told them, they gave me the sandwich heated but it had lettuce and tomato. This is the third time it’s happened. I asked if there’s anything I can say to make sure they do the order right, but they told me the line worker just isn’t paying attention to the chits..

If you're eating in, the place is fine. Don't order delivery, though. We live about five blocks away and it takes at least an hour to get even the simplest order delivered - always later than the estimated time given when we order. I always tell myself I'm never doing this again, but months later I try again anyway ... and it's always the same.

Ordered curbside. Ended up having to go in to pick up food. Oh well...
