WOW... THE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR A MASSAGE. EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY.
I regret ever using message envy as a service. I have called 3 different times and talked to the manager at this specific location, she also works at other store as well. The last time we spoke she said she would cancel my account and that was over the phone.nnI wanted to cancel my account because of a simple reason. I was not close enough to a location Not because of the service or the people working.nnI have been charged 3 different times for $70.nnToday is October 2nd 2020 and this will be my fourth time trying to cancel my service that I haven’t used since spring.nnI assure anyone reading this that yes the message is great but trying to cancel this service is not worth going in all together.
We got a text one day before our 12:30 appt stating they have a 1130 or 130 but not a 12:30 cause the therapist takes his break at that time - you would think that being booked already they would accommodate us and have him take a break at 11:30 or 1:30 . So we were giving the option to reschedule a different day . Horrible customer service ! Orland park 100% better
