I love love love Malike!!!! I thought I had a great therapist before finding him. As a mother of 2 children and just having a baby, my body needed this healing. I can run comfortably and I wake up without any pains. He makes you feel comfortable and provides education that is super helpful. Best Holistic approach!!! His gift cards have been a hit for friends and family.
I visit this location for massages by Malike and now started coming to the location for one-on-one yoga sessions with Natalya. I shared that I wanted to focus on meditation and relaxation. I didn't want to be stressed about not getting in the correct poses and the two sessions I have been to are the complete opposite. Natalya focuses on me and my personal needs. Thank you! I definitely go home and try to positions out there. I'm sold on self care.
My experience with IOH was very positive. The environment (Lake Forest) was relaxing, and very clean which made me feel good especially during this time of COVID.nnMalike communicated everything to me as he worked out some tension I had in my muscles. Before the deep tissue massage, he tested my range of motion and quickly pinpointed the tight areas I had been feeling and explained the cause. He is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate his willingness to answer all of my questions.
Malike gives the BEST massage ever!!! His technic of using hot stone in Chinese Guasha style has the magical healing power!!! Can't wait to go back. Thank you, Malike!
