Had a wonderful experience. Did some window shopping online and found a bed I loved And came into the Ashley Home Store in Broadview IL. I was Immediately greater by a sales rep named Michelle. She was awesome! Wasn’t ready to purchase that day but got her business card and told her when I was ready I’d be back. A week later I text Her to let her know I was ready and would see her at the store. I wanted to make sure she got the sale for my purchase.nnOnce again was greeted with a hello and a smile and we got down to business with paperwork for my purchase. It’s always a great thing when you know what you want! I was In and out! Can’t wait until my purchase arrives! I will definitely shop at this location again and will most definitely be asking for Michelle! She was awesome!

My service rep by the name of Louis was Extremely Excellent. His customer service was on point. His presentation and personality was welcoming and pleasant, I love the way he worked with me, he took his time and made sure I was completely satisfied. Since the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by Alek. Let us know where we could find everything that we needed and gave great detail in the products (sectionals/mattresses/pillows) and lastly ended up purchasing a great sectional for our home! I will also like to add that there’s a huge selection of anything that you need (huge plus). We really appreciate the kindness from everyone working here. Will definitely come back!

This location was great. The place was super nice and organized. We were greeted, but not hounded, upon entry and Tommy our salesman gave us good general info on where to find certain things, such as the couches we were looking for. We took our time walking around the store checking the different pieces out and he checked in on us at perfect intervals so we didn't feel like we were being stalked when we showed any interest in a particular piece. We ended up making a purchase from here and again Tommy was great in helping facilitate the purchase and helping confirm delivery dates. Would recommend this particular location to all looking for new furniture.

Alex's and Oscar was amazing, Alex help us buy our 98 year old mother a new bed, he was attentive and very professional. Alex listen to what our mom needed and made all her requirement come together.
