The cabinet designer forgot to take off the cabinet on my order in addition to an incorrect cabinet size for one cabinet. They were returned the next business day. I was charged a 25%. restock fee. I was ok with paying the 25% on my error but not on someone else's error.

I have been working with these ppl for 2 years. It never falls that there is a damaged cabinet or 2 in the stack of boxes when we pull it out. They also do not have a very good tracking system. Twice I have brought damaged cabinets for exchange, having notified them in time of course. By the time I get here they tell me I did the exchange. This is the 3rd incidence like this. Right now they are having me stand in the warehouse in 7 degree weather while they figure it out or ignore me.

Best quality cabinets for your money in chicago area. Other stores charge at least 20 percent more for similar exterior finish. My only complain is that it is always difficult to get hold of a designer or sales person since they are always busy and mostly dealing with whole sale clients. But, if you are patient and willing to sit through the ordering process, you will be satisfied by their cabinets.

The worst place to order the cabinets. Unprofessional staff and unethical manager. Don’t give your order with Roger he is very rude doesn’t know his job. Always ask for money. They took my money before the order and messed up my entire order. Order was incomplete and gave me wrong color of cabinet. Worst experience, pathetic customer service. Greedy people and absolutely liar. Order was incomplete and asking me to buy it again that doesn’t make sense to me.

PLEASE READ...... If you want to work with a place where no one knows what they are doing. No one knows what the policies are for any situation. Everyone says talk to someone else. Where they dont stand behind the products they assemble. Where if you dont find the damage within five days of invoicing. Yes it doesnt matter if they have deleivered the item or not. Oh and the product is shotty at best. Come here. In the 1.5 hours I was here trying to resolove an issue there were multiple people having problems, and this was just on a slow Thursday afternoon. Just terrible.
