Mark Montalbano is an arrogant amateur that has no concern for a customer or a customer needs. He unsells an item without telling the customer because he determines freight costs when he has no idea what real costs are because he doesn't ask or listen. . He decides what will happen with no consultation with the buyer. My most underwhelming purchase experience.
