Such great service - Marcella was so helpful and patient with me while setting up my new iPhone. Highly recommend!
If I could rate this store a 0 star I would. I am extremely disappointed with the vague information and service I received. I came in the store to upgrade my iPhone. Sabrina and Anna provided invalid information and they need more training. I ended up calling the customer service line and got all of the information I needed to upgrade and did it myself online which was way more convenient anyway.
First time in a Tmobile store Customer Service Rep Rami assisted me today and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was very detailed and professional. Great first experience!
