Came in here ready to buy 2 new suits. Asked the associate for some help and he said he would assist me in a moment . I waited patiently for about 20 min , and then decided to leave . In that time , the associated helped out 2 people that had just come in. Seeing the other review state that the staff was rude to younger guys made sense since the staff was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills .
Very good servicability, always gracious.
My favourite store! Great look, fair price, and the staff are beyond amazing. HIGHLY recommended.
If you're a young guy going in here don't expect any help from the unfriendly and rude staff. I have gone in twice now to make a serious purchase and have ended up leaving both times after being ignored for 15 minutes. Did not even receive a greeting or hello. I won't be back.
The amazing thing about Brooks Brother's... other than the quality of the clothes is the friendliness of the staff. ...and that's true from store to store, even from state to state. There you don't just shop quality, you're shopping class.
