I have used the curbside pick up and curbside return several times during the pandemic. Nordstrom has it down well. They send you an email with a link to click to let them know you are at the store or you can call the number posted on the parking spaces. Easy, quick and efficient!!
Nordstrom is an upscale shopping experience. The prices and sale items are great for the quality you receive and the return policy is wonderful. The atmosphere is cheerful, clean, and the sales staff was very accomodating. I really enjoy shopping at this store.
The girl that manages the women’s shoe department is amazing. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. She was so helpful with our return and went above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with the service. Again, thank you for all the help!
Don’t do curbside pick up if you actually want your order. I ordered at 11am, called at 4 because I needed my order but apparently it was fulfilled just never sent downstairs its 7pm right now and I never ended up getting my order (it was supposed to be same day). Everyone was pretty nice but that really doesn’t mean anything if you aren’t going to do your job. Oak Brook Nordstrom, do better.
Great return policy. Didn't get my Christmas gift from son due to pandemic, received late February after shots. Had to return and no questions just kind service.
