Went to return cups for store credit, because I no longer had the receipt. Called and spoke to the manager and explained that the ink was rubbing off and they are getting sticky. When I got there, the cashier said that they couldn't do it. So whatever, I didn't make a big deal. After that, I went to look around, to see if they had anything I liked. I'm a Caregiver for a sassy 80 year old. We bought a beautiful snow globe that was a gingerbread house. It lit up and played music. Before we could get it upstairs to her apartment it was broken. The Service Desk Manager, Tracey found the globe and kindly held it until I could pick it up the following day. Customer Service means a lot. And I got just that. ud83dudd2eud83cudfdaufe0f
