The service at Dunkin' in Winston Plaza was great today. I was the fourth person in line and the second register was opened. My coffee and sandwich was prepared to order ( no cheese) on my bacon, egg, bagel. I ask for jelly when I picked my sandwich and the clerk put a knife in my bag without my requesting it. It's just the little things that make a big impression.
They never pay attention to how much swirl pumps I want. I always want just two. In my large or my medium. Every day it's like they put 4. So today I said ok, I'll just ask for one. Once again it's still four. I'm going to have to drive all the way to the one by Walmart because that's the only one that ever does my pumps right. Then if I bring it back, the manager pretends to fix it. And that drink is also sweet. I literally go here every day. Like can y'all just make it correctly?! The one at the gas station messes up less than the one at winston.
Please look into the manager Bobby. As a consumer, I would hate to contract Covid 19 from unsanitary practices that I've witnessed from this particular person. This is unacceptable.
Would rate this place lower than this. Pradeepbhallas is not paying attention to covid guidelines in this store. There are employee related issues and recently learned there are very unsanitary practices happening. Dunkin Corporate, please look into this specific location.
The ladies are always nice but unfortunately I just experienced the site of a cockroach by there coffee machines.
